Henry Boot Fast Track - Project QS, assisting Project Manager in control of subcontractors works on two adjoining major chain stores in Bath . The work had to be carried out with both stores remaining open for trading, with many activities at night. The activities were planned to the hour, and the role involved resolution of problems on site with the subcontractors to ensure the programme goals were met.

Henry Boot – Project QS involved in Refurbishment of Midland Banks in various locations in Southern England . This role also involved the preparation of contractual claims and resolution of final accounts.

Project Manager / Developer for housing projects in West Cumbria
This involved liaison with Clients, confirming requirements, appointment of architects and structural engineers where appropriate. Organisation of all trades, procurement of all materials and management of the whole project within the Client's budget and programme.
