Oakport Limited was formed in March 1995 to provide a unique in-house service by three successful Contract Solutions/Claims Consultants with over fifty years of experience in these fields.

Its objective is to provide Quantity Surveyors, Cost and Contract Engineers to the Construction Industry at reasonable cost for short to medium term Commissions at the Clients preferred location.

We also provide a wealth of experience and advice to Clients where Contracts have not proceeded as predicted.

In recent years many companies and Practices have streamlined their Staffing levels to suit the changing trends of the Industry, relying on agencies and known individuals to supplement short term requirements as the need arises.

Experience has shown that this can be a fruitless method with the Company being supplied with an unknown entity from the agency that could be both unproductive and costly. Alternatively, the reliance on known individuals attempting to service several of his clients at the same time cannot hope to satisfy every demand.

Oakport tailor the individual nominated for the placement needed to carry out the task and proceed only after taking cognizance of all the Clients requirements. We only supply individuals that have worked with the directors in the past and have proven themselves at given levels. We never place an individual that is incapable of carrying out the work.

We oversee each stage of the task undertaken and offer a proactive approach on how to succeed.
