Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, Thrive Financial, Inc

Richard Stephenson serves on the Oakport Oversight Committee and as a Board Member for SupplyBank.org. He is the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Thrive Financial, Inc., a loan servicing company that connects banks who want to find great customers with customers who are looking for payment options for their home. 

Dick is passionate about providing quality educational opportunities to everyone, from early childhood through adulthood. 

Previously, Dick was the Chief Compliance Officer of Funding Circle. A Bay Area native, Dick is a product of the California public school system. He graduated from Claremont McKenna College and earned his J.D. at the University of San Diego School of Law.
