Global Lead of Inclusive Communities and Community Investments, Cisco

Curshanda Cusseaux Woods (pronounced Cu-so) serves as a Board Member for SupplyBank.org and the Oakport project. She is the Global Lead of Inclusive Communities and Communities Investments at Cisco, a worldwide technology leader powering an inclusive future for all. In this role, she oversees the Inclusive Community team and 31 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which collectively represent nearly 30,000 Cisco employees worldwide. Additionally, she manages Cisco’s nonprofit sponsorship program, driving partnerships that align with the company’s commitment to social impact and inclusion. Curshanda previously served as a Global Community Impact Manager at Cisco, where she managed a diverse portfolio of community investments.

Curshanda previously spent 16 years as a Regional Community Relations Manager at Kaiser Permanente, where she managed more than 150 nonprofit sponsorships annually, including high-profile partnerships and events. She also led Kaiser’s regional volunteering and workplace giving programs for the region’s 75,000 employees. Her exceptional work was recognized by the National Public Relations Society of America, which honored her MLK Day of Service social media challenge.

Curshanda resides in Oakland, California, with her husband, and she is the proud mother of two adult children.
